Returns and Refunds Policy

We appreciate your choice of our products, and we are happy to serve you. Sometimes, you may change your mind about the products you have purchased, and that's okay. At ActiveFuel, we will do our best to make the return or exchange process as simple and smooth as possible.

We have facilitated the return or exchange process through the following procedures:

Time Period Policy for Returns or Exchanges:

1. When wishing to exchange or return a product, you must contact us first.
2. The customer has the right to return or exchange the product within 14 days of receipt, provided that the product is in its original condition and the customer bears the full shipping costs.
3. If the product is defective or does not match the specifications specified at the time of purchase, the customer has the right to exchange or return the product within 14 days. In this case, the customer must provide evidence of the shipping costs, including shipment number, shipping company, and cost. The customer is then entitled to a full refund.
4. Products included in discounts and offers are not exchangeable or refundable, except in the case of a defect in the product.
5. Returns or exchanges are not accepted in the following cases:
   • Returns or exchanges are not accepted after 14 days.
   • If the product has changed from its original condition for any reason.
   • If the product has been used or the package has been opened.
   • Products that have been custom-manufactured according to customer specifications.
